The platform

Connect the work behind every successful service

Your guests experience one visit, even though your team handles many different jobs. Bonzumo connects sales with the kitchen, guest planning, people and daily organisation. Explore its features through the routines that matter in your business.

Start modularly

A starting point that fits your business.

Not every business needs the same tools on day one. Together, we prioritise which workflow should improve first and which modules support it.

  • Real workflows, roles and devices are the starting point.
  • Modules are aligned to the operating model.
  • Compliance and integration needs are checked specifically.

Further work areas

So everyday work does not end at one screen.

These areas are based on actual Bonzumo modules and are configured for the specific operation.

Guests & digital ordering

QR table ordering, kiosk, kiosk monitor, reservations and waitlist give guests and teams one shared orientation.

Printers & workstations

Printers, print roles, kitchen monitors and workstations can be configured around the real handovers in the operation.

Communication & training

Messages, knowledge base, training and employee documents support confident handovers and a well-aligned team.

Website & visibility

Pages, content, logo, design, contact, booking, SEO and domain settings keep the business presence manageable.

Additional modules after setup

Further areas such as access, cloakroom, hygiene or sensors are planned only after concrete setup, hardware and use-case checks.

Your team uses the POS at some of the most important moments of a visit: taking the order, sending work to the kitchen and accepting payment. Yet the work starts earlier and finishes later. Bonzumo looks at the whole hospitality day. It gives you tools to prepare reservations, organise service, manage products and review the daily close in a connected working context.

Before opening, reservations, the table plan and shift planning help you prepare. You can organise the areas that matter for the coming service and define responsibilities. Products and menus have a structured place to be maintained. Where needed, recipes and costing sit behind your offer. A menu change can therefore be considered alongside the ingredients and costs involved in producing the dish.

During service, Bonzumo supports table orders and counter sales. Staff record products and notes in the relevant order. Configured kitchen and bar stations receive their work, while kitchen displays make preparation progress visible. Courses in a set menu can be released separately. Depending on your setup, QR ordering and kiosk orders can be included too. Together, these features support the journey from an order to its collection or service.

At payment, your guests still have choices. A group can divide its bill by ordered items or into equal shares. Tips, receipts and invoice details belong to the payment process. The devices and payment services you need are configured around your operation. Your team can learn a clear routine and return to the relevant transaction when a question needs attention.

After service, daily closing, reports and the receipt archive provide structure for the follow-up work. Stocktakes, suppliers and purchasing support preparation for the coming days. Employee information, recorded hours and access rights help with ongoing team organisation. You can assess each area against your actual needs and establish which configuration is appropriate before introducing it to your staff.

Bring a typical working day to your demo: the preparation, a busy service and the jobs after the last guest leaves. It is a practical way to explore how Bonzumo's features work together and where they could make your own operation easier to organise.
